In the spirit of national vegetarian week 2017, we have decided to start sharing our recipes with you so that all of you can enjoy our delicious food from the comfort of your own home. This week is a great opportunity for those who do still regularly eat meat to try something new and see how it is possible to have easy, delicious and healthy meals without having to use meat.
Often when non-vegetarians cook vegetarian meals they will attempt to make a dish they are used to - such as carbonara - and simply substitute the meat for a meat-free product, for example veggie ham. We want to show you that this is just one way of eating a vegetarian diet and that by starting from scratch it is possible to build up a balanced meal that is not only tasty but visually stunning.
